Con Artist Continued

Have spent countless hours researching "Con Artists"  and how they seem to seep into our society.  They are cunning and relentless in their pursuit of cheating people, innocent people out of their finances, in some cases their life savings, damaging the victims physical well being (health) and the emotional damage they imprint on their victims (which in some cases is endless).  Seemingly they get away with much because too many of their victims are too frightened to come forward and admit that they were victims because they might feel "foolish" and "ashamed", neither of which they should be.  This situation is sad to say the least, goes mostly unpunished legally because of the victims reluctance to come forward.  These people need to be identified and remember they have inflicted a personal injustice to you.  Please respond if you have been in such a situation.  I would like to hear your input and gain further knowledge of these situations.
